The LaRuelist Rainbow Room was created in
response to several subscribers who wanted to
see articles and resources on GLBTI issues. The
goal here is not to speak simply to the GLBTI
community but to also educate the straight community
on public policy issues, events, and human interest
stories that "connect all communities one person at a
time."
The LaRuelist Rainbow Room will not be used as a
lobbying tool on legislative or policy issues. We leave
those activities to other groups and organizations.
However, it is no secret that when people of varying
backgrounds learn more about each other, they find
more common traits than differences.
If the LaRuelist Rainbow Room accomplishes that
alone...mission accomplished! Submissions are
